But active creativity - drawing, modeling, writing - on the contrary, helps to more quickly shift the focus of attention to another area. So, by engaging in creativity, you can get rid of the accumulated rubbish in your head and finally bring order to your own thoughts.

15 minute rule

Once your home is in perfect order, you want it to stay that way forever. Make it a rule to spend 15 minutes every evening doing a little cleaning: hang things in the closet, iron a couple of shirts, wipe off dust from horizontal surfaces. There are always a few little things that can be fixed in a short period of time. Instead of deep cleaning once a month, tidy up a little every day.

At this moment stress arises. If there is a situation where you cannot keep track of everything, then mind maps will really help, because... on one sheet of paper they combine everything you need to remember, know and keep under control.

Another reason to draw mind maps is to develop creativity. If things have become routine and you are bored, try depicting it in the form of a mental map.
