Incredible facts
Our soul is the energy that creates everything that exists in the Universe. If you break us down to our energetic state, we can say that we are all connected and all one.
We are here because we have a purpose, a reason and a motivation for existing.
Many sages say that the Earth is just a playground where we come to learn things and live life in material form.
We indulge our physical and material pleasures, learn what it means to love, hate and experience other feelings.
Three Soul Powers
In the structure of the soul of St. The fathers distinguish three forces (abilities) - rational, irritable and concupiscible (mind, feelings and will).
The rational power of the soul (γνωστικον, rationale) is also called verbal, mental and cognitive. It is recognized as the dominant part of the soul. In its intact state, the rational force “reasons soundly and correctly distinguishes good from evil, and shows definitely and authoritatively to the desirable force which things it should be inclined to desire, which to love, and which to avert; the irritable force stands between the two of them, like a submissive slave, ready to diligently serve their desires” (St. Simeon the New Theologian).
The irritable power of the soul (παρασηλοτικον, irascile) is its feeling, emotional power. St. Basil the Great calls it the spiritual nerve, which imparts energy to the soul for striving in virtues. This part of the soul of St. Fathers attributes anger and a violent beginning. However, in this case, anger and rage do not mean passions, but jealousy (zeal, energy), which in its original state was zeal for good, and after the fall should be used as a courageous rejection of evil. “It is up to the irritable part of the soul to be angry with the devil,” say St. Fathers. The irritable force of the soul is also called the heart.
The appetitive part of the soul (επιθυμητικον, concupiscentiale) is also called desirable (desirable) or active. It allows the soul to strive for something or turn away from something. The concupiscible part of the soul includes the will, which tends to act.
“Train the irritable part of the soul with love, wither the desirable part with abstinence, inspire the rational part with prayer...” / Callistus and Ignatius Xanthopouls/.
All the powers of the soul are aspects of its single life. They are inseparable from each other and constantly interact. They achieve greatest unity when they submit to the spirit, focusing on contemplation and knowledge of God. In this knowledge, according to the word of St. Simeon the New Theologian, not a trace remains of their separation, they remain in unity like the unity of the Holy Trinity.
What is a restless soul
Such words have become firmly established in our vocabulary. Restless soul - what does it mean? A soul that is doomed to eternal existence without prayerful intercession, the soul is restless and suffers from confusion.
These are the souls of people who died and did not have time to receive the Sacrament of Holy Baptism for various reasons. Restless souls poke at the closed doors and shutters of heavenly dwellings, there is no place for them there, they are like homeless people, without roof and shelter.
Human soul and body
The human soul is connected to the body. This connection is an unmerged connection. As a result of this connection, there are two natures in man - mental and physical, which, according to the word of St. Simeon the New Theologian, dissolved unmerged. From two natures, God formed one human being, in which “neither the body is transformed into the soul, nor the soul changes into flesh” (St. Simeon the New Theologian). Despite all this, such a union is unfused, but it is not indivisible and inseparable, since the human body acquired mortality and separation from the soul as a result of sin.
The struggle and unity of opposites
Every role has its antipode, as well as its pair, so to speak, and only the role of the Teacher “does not cast shadows,” since they are neutral. Thus, the Servant and the Priest form a wonderful tandem. After all, their roles are somewhat similar. Kings and Warriors get along well with each other, as do Masters and Sages.
When souls find each other, certain relationships are built between them. These relationships can be called codependent.
Someone in tandem will always be the first violin. So, for example, the King will always set the pace for his Warrior. The Priest will always inspire his Servant, who will follow him to the ends of the earth.
What is the basis of the Orthodox teaching about the two-part nature of man (soul and body)?
The Orthodox teaching about the two-part nature of man is based on direct evidence from Holy Scripture and Holy Tradition.
The account of the creation of man clearly states that Adam's body was created from the dust of the ground, and the soul was breathed into him by God (Gen. 2:7). In this context, the words of Ecclesiastes should also be understood, pointing to death as the separation of the soul from the body: “And the dust will return to the earth, as it was; and the spirit will return to God who gave it” (Eccl. 12:7).
In general, Holy Scripture repeatedly indicates that every person consists of a soul and a body, for example: “Therefore glorify God both in your body and in your soul, which are God’s” (1 Cor. 6:20); “Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God” (2 Cor. 7:1).
The fact that the soul is not a product of the vital activity of the body (the central nervous system) is clearly communicated in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, from which it convincingly follows that after separation from the body (that is, after the physical death of a person), the soul continues to live, and, moreover, to live conscious life. Thus, the soul of a rich man, while in hell, recognizes the souls of Abraham and Lazarus (the latter are in a special area - Abraham’s bosom) (Luke 16:23), carries on a conversation with the soul of Abraham (Luke 16:24-26), feels torment and experiences a conscious desire to alleviate his torment (Luke 16:24), strives to show concern for his brothers living earthly life (Luke 16:27-31).
Associated with the belief in the afterlife of souls is the practice of prayerful remembrance of the departed, as well as the practice of prayerful communication between believers and saints who have died in the Lord. Thus, the denial of the substantial soul in man is the grossest opposition against Orthodoxy, against the Church.

Views of famous psychologists on the soul
When people talk about the theory of the soul, they remember Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung. These are some of the most famous psychologists who created their own teachings about a person, his personality, consciousness and subconscious. Although some of their conclusions were erroneous, their work remains a significant achievement in the development of science.
Sigmund Freud
The German psychologist became the author of the theory of psychoanalysis. He was the first to draw attention to the manifestation of the unconscious in human life: slips of the tongue, slips of the tongue, images in dreams. They revealed a traumatic experience, the re-experiencing of which led to healing.
The psychology of the human soul consists of 3 components: I, It, Super-I. They are also components of the psyche (Freud identified the soul and consciousness). There are 3 components of personality in psychoanalysis.
- I am part of a personality that has reason and will. Changes under the influence of external factors.
- It is the dark unconscious, instincts, and at the same time the driving force of the subconscious.
- The superego is a controlling structure that monitors compliance with values and social attitudes.
In Freud's teachings, the I experiences pressure from several sides: the Super-Ego dictates its own rules, often contradicting the base pleasure of the Id. I can be compared to a coachman on a chariot (Super-Ego), driving a horse galloping quickly in unknown control (It).
The psychotherapist paid a lot of attention to childhood dramas. In his opinion, most of the traumatic experiences appeared in the early years of life, but were repressed by memory into the unconscious. This also affects sexual development. The person whom the mother loved becomes successful, but the unloved child often acquires a set of sexual complexes in adulthood.
Carl Gustav Jung
The famous author of the theory of archetypes consciously separated the concepts of soul and psyche. He wrote about this in his works.
- The soul is thought of as a personality. This is confirmed by splitting (today - dissociative disorder), somnambulism, and double consciousness.
- Consciousness is a combination of conscious and unconscious processes.
Human masks play an important role in Jung's teachings. From this angle he considers three hypostases.
Personality
The psychologist observes a standard split of personality in a society of different people. In one company, it is common for a person to be calm and reserved, while in another, he tends to be somewhat aggressive. The phenomenon is called “self-identification”.
It manifests itself more clearly when a person moves in different strata of society. For example, an individual from the educated class among intellectuals and at home behaves differently, actualizing dissimilar personalities.
It is more clear in the examples of the military and police: if at work these are determined, confident, sometimes tough people, then at home the character softens or becomes ordinary. It is the first mask that an individual puts on to fit into society.
A person
In this subsection, he examines external and internal influences on personality. If in the first case external factors are noticeable, i.e. collective, then in the second the impulses come from within.
This is how a special type of people appears with a new mask. They are resistant to outside influences and are difficult to suggest. But they are extremely sensitive to events from within: bad dreams, premonitions, and self-hypnosis have a strong effect on them.
As an example, Jung cites one acquaintance: he mercilessly destroyed the happiness of his family, without thinking about the feelings of loved ones. But without a shadow of a doubt, he interrupted his business trip to admire the beauty of the forest edge, which he noticed from the train window.
Jung's structure of the soul
Anima
Anima is what the psychologist calls the internal attitude that is identified with the soul. Each person has a set of similar programs, so when he moves away from them, others notice it.
Internal attitudes are firmly embedded in the personality. It is most difficult to get rid of or change the anima when the persona and personality are more malleable. According to Jung:
- the soul complements the external character of a person;
- it contains all universal human qualities, despite the mask (this is how a tyrant suffers from dreams where he repents - this indicates the presence of standard values);
- the soul is sentimental;
- her character influences her sexual characteristics (outwardly masculine men often have a feminine character and vice versa).
Next, the psychologist talks about balance and explains the tendency of the stronger sex to despair in difficult moments, and the weaker sex to consolation and reasoning. Accordingly, after the death of the body, the soul disappears.
The doctrine of the soul is also connected with the theory of archetypes, but this is already the subject of a more detailed study of the analytical direction: it is a structural element of the collective unconscious.
Jung believed that you can understand and heal your soul with the help of art therapy.
Soul concept
The soul is a certain special force present in a person, which constitutes the highest part of him; it revives a person, gives him the ability to think, sympathize, and feel. The words “soul” and “breathe” have a common origin. The soul is created by the breath of God, and it has indestructibility. It cannot be said that it is immortal, because only God is immortal by nature, but our soul is indestructible - in the sense that it does not lose its consciousness, does not disappear after death. However, it has its own “death” - this is the ignorance of God. And for that matter, she may die. That is why the Scripture says: “The soul that sins shall die” (Ezek. 18:20).
The soul is a living essence, simple and incorporeal, by its nature invisible to bodily eyes, rational and thinking. Having no form, using an endowed organ - the body, providing it with life and growth, feeling and generating power. Having a mind, but not different from herself, but as the purest part of her - for as the eye is in the body, so is the mind in the soul. She is autocratic and capable of willing and acting, changeable, i.e. voluntarily changing because it was created. Having received all this by nature from the grace of the One who created her, from whom she received her being.
Some sectarians, such as Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh-day Adventists, reject the immortality of the soul, considering it simply a part of the body. And at the same time they falsely refer to the Bible, to the text of Ecclesiastes, which poses the question of whether the human soul is similar to the soul of animals: “Because the fate of the sons of men and the fate of animals is one fate: as they die, so these die, and one everyone has breath, and man has no advantage over cattle, because everything is vanity!” (Eccl. 3:19). Then Ecclesiastes himself answers this question, which the sectarians neglect, he says: “And the dust will return to the earth, as it was; and the spirit returned to God, who gave it” (Eccl. 12:7). And here we understand that the soul is indestructible, but it can also die.
“Psychology and Religion: Dialogue about the Soul” was held online , at which the Chief Rabbi of Russia Berl Lazar and Academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Director of the School of Anthropology of the Future RANEPA, Doctor of Psychological Sciences Alexander Asmolov discussed what the soul is. The meeting was moderated by journalist and TV presenter Marianna Maksimovskaya .
Berl Lazar explained how to find the soul in a person:
“I can’t say that my definition is the most accurate, but it is very close. I ask a person this question: “Tell me, who feels pain? Who loves? Who understands? And when a person begins to tell me: “This is the mind, this is the heart, this is the brain,” I explain that the heart pumps blood, the brain is also just an organ that cannot feel. It is clear that there is something deeper than physical organs - this is the soul. What we understand, what we feel, our desires, our dreams is the soul. And pain is the soul, and fear is the soul, and, unfortunately, hatred and envy are also the soul. When a person understands that it is not his appearance, not his physical health, but the spiritual component that is the main part of his life, he understands that he must work for something. You can talk about the soul very deeply: you can talk about how Kabbalah or Hasidism explain what the soul is, but for the average person it is a very abstract term. And when you tell a person: “You understood something today. Who understood this? You have come to a new understanding, new desires have appeared - this is your soul. Therefore, let’s figure it out and understand where these desires come from, why you got them, but these desires didn’t come to someone else,” then the person tries to understand where all this came from.”
Alexander Grigorievich Asmolov explained what the soul means in psychology:
“Psychologists are different, and there are many different answers. We say “psychology as the science of the soul”: in Dahl’s dictionary, a psychologist was defined as a soul specialist, and psychology as soul science. When there is no soul, then you are not alive, so the soul is literally the engine of human development. The soul, first of all, is connected with what you live for, with motives and passions. The main thing is not to look for the soul in the human body. When I explain to students what the psyche is (and for Aristotle the soul was practically synonymous with the psyche), I show them a banknote and say: “If I analyze this piece of paper under the finest electron microscope, will I know where the value comes from and why on this Can I buy something for a thousand rubles? I don't recognize. And if I subject it to chemical analysis, will I understand? I don't understand. If I, like Ivan Petrovich Pavlov when studying the brain, in order to understand what influences what, start cutting out pieces, will I understand? You will never understand from a piece of paper what value and price are. You can understand where the soul is only from the flow of relationships with the world.” In the course of relationships with the world, motives and images are born that move our lives.”
Marianna Maksimovskaya asked the meeting participants to answer how the soul differs from the personality. Alexander Grigorievich Fr.
Continuing his thoughts about the soul, Alexander Asmolov added: “The soul is the potential of the individual. And in this context, psychology does everything to help a person reveal his spiritual potential, to gain the generosity that is born in society, and to find himself... Our life path is strewn with fragments of what we wanted to become and did not become. The path of life is a story of rejected alternatives and choices. And in the process, you can find a soul - to find the value foundations of life, to find a soul is to find a direction, a value vector.”
Berl Lazar answered the question about the soul and personality from a religious point of view:
“Revealing your identity so that a person understands who he is is a very difficult job. A person can search for himself all his life. If a person spent his whole life alone on a desert island, he would also think: “Who am I?” I would say that the main task of religion is to make a person not only discover who he is, but also create himself. It is clear that society and parents influence the child, but at some point he himself decides what to do. All his life he tries to reveal his personality, deep inside he gives himself the task: “How can I realize the potential that I received from God?” This is the soul. If the soul remained in heaven, it would have a very simple life. The problem is that it is in the body, in society, where there are many temptations and interests. And the soul struggles with this, on the one hand, there are physical needs, on the other, the temptations of society, and on the third, internal sensations. Who am I? What do I want to do? Whom I want to become? This is a hard struggle that goes on every day. I would say that personality is a combination of soul and body. The soul is potential; it is impossible to realize this potential without the body.”
Viktor Efimovich Kagan , Doctor of Medical Sciences (Russian Federation), MD, Ph.D. (USA), a member of the Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia, an honorary member of the Eastern European Association of Existential Therapy, at the end of the meeting, gave another definition of the soul and gave a metaphorical explanation of the relationship between psychology and religion:
“I have long been interested in the relationship between religion and psychology. In the mid-90s, together with Alexander Badkhen , we published the book “New Psychology and the Spiritual Dimension”, it was just about this. But our focus is to, while respecting each other and not pushing away the “second wing,” to understand our differences as much as possible, deeper and better. What does religion do? What does psychology do? What is religion for, and what is psychology for? How can they be two wings for a person?.. What is the soul? I know the best answer to this question, it was once given by Grigory Skovoroda : “The soul is what makes grass grass, a tree a tree, and a person a person. Without it, grass is hay, a tree is firewood, a person is a corpse.” And if I am asked such a question, I quote these words and see that the person understands.”
Tahir Yusupovich Bazarov , Doctor of Psychology, Professor of the Department of Social Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, scientific director of the Moscow School of Practical Psychology at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, shared his thoughts:
“Two wings, two hemispheres. I would like to talk about the body that is between these spaces. I think there's an interesting secret hidden here. When people meet, the image that is conveyed is important. These are not words, this is a certain energy that unites people and exists between them. I cannot help but remember Metropolitan Anthony of Sourozh , who, as a priest in a British prison, had to confess to an Orthodox Greek terrorist and criminal. And he goes to him and thinks: “My colleagues don’t really adhere to the secret of confession, which means that that person understands that I can be like that too. I'm not like that! But he imagines that I can be like that. What should I do about it? And he tells the criminal: “This will be a special confession. Please don't say anything to me. We will stand at the cross, I will pray, and you will confess to the Lord - directly, yourself. And I will see the result of this confession and give you communion.” And so it happened. From my point of view, this moment is important: with what, with what message, with what internal state, with what way a priest or psychologist meets a person. This is an interesting story that unites both religious traditions and psychological traditions - to find the body that is between the two wings, to find the part that is the essence between the hemispheres. It’s not about the hemispheres, but about this essence.”
About occult technologies related to the control of the human body
If we turn to the patristic heritage, we will see that there are usually three main forces in the soul: mind, will and feelings, which manifest themselves in different abilities - thinking, desire and concupiscence. But at the same time, we must understand that the soul also has other powers. All of them are divided into reasonable and unreasonable. The irrational principle of the soul consists of two parts: one is disobediently reasonable (does not obey reason), the other is obediently reasonable (obeys reason). The highest forces of the soul include the mind, will and feelings, and the unreasonable forces include the vital forces: the force of the heartbeat, seminal, growth (which forms the body), etc. The action of the soul's power animates the body. God deliberately made sure that the vital forces were not subject to the mind, so that the human mind would not be distracted by controlling the heartbeat, breathing, etc. There are various technologies related to the control of the human body that try to influence this life force. What yogis do intensely: they try to control the heartbeat, change breathing, control the internal processes of digestion and are terribly proud of it. In fact, there is absolutely nothing to be proud of here: God deliberately freed us from this task, and it is stupid to do this.
Imagine that, in addition to your regular work, you will be forced to do the work of the housing office: organize garbage collection, cover the roof, control the supply of gas, electricity, etc. Now many people are delighted with all sorts of occult, esoteric arts; they are proud that, to some extent, they have mastered the regulation of this vital force of the soul, which is beyond the control of reason. In fact, they are proud of the fact that they exchanged their job as a university teacher for a job as a sewer operator. This is due to the stupid idea that the mind can handle the body better than the irrational part of the soul. I will answer that in fact it will do worse. It has long been known: any attempts to rationally build life lead to very irrational consequences. If we try to use the power of our mind to properly control our body, the result will be complete stupidity.
Why did Anthony the Great say that a monk must take a blessing even for the number of drops of water he drinks? In order to free the monk's mind as much as possible from the worries of life. The task of obedience is the exact opposite of yoga. If a yogi or occultist tries to control his body with the help of his mind, then an Orthodox monk completely frees his mind from caring about the body in order to switch it entirely to God.

What kind of soul does a person have?
Since the soul strives to know God, it must tread the path of morality.
And, based on how close a person is to this path in his impulses, thoughts and actions, souls are usually divided into two polar categories :
- white;
- black.
And we are not talking about the actual color of the substance called “soul”, but rather about its characteristics and features.
White
These are people who live according to the laws of the Almighty, love and create. They are not prone to any of the sins to a greater extent, but at the same time they remain mortal and sinful people. They are not an ideal, but they constantly strive for the ideal.
Those with a “bright soul” prefer an ascetic lifestyle and are sensitive to the voice of conscience and the problems of their neighbors. Such people do not complain about fate, they accept all difficulties and adversities as a test that can and should be overcome.
The white soul does not know envy, self-interest, hatred, malice and other bad feelings. All of them are unfamiliar to a person who lives according to the canons of morality and is guided by an established system of values.
At the same time, a bright soul is not an innate, but an acquired value. And it is cultivated through the combination of education and personal striving for light and the divine.
It is worth noting that the virtue of the bright spirit does not stop after the door closes.
Pure thoughts and intentions are sincere, and the thought of “hiding” from the Supreme Court does not occur to such people.
Black
A person with a black soul is the opposite of a light person. These are gloomy individuals who despise high principles. Their main concern is their own well-being , which is often achieved by infringing on the rights and freedoms of others.
The black soul always leads a person along the path of lies, intrigue, betrayal and sycophancy. Such people do not listen to their own conscience and do not worry about those around them suffering.
Often people with a black soul are unhappy only because they experience negative feelings. They fall into extremes of hatred and contempt, making existence unbearable.
They envy other people even when they themselves have many blessings. And that is why the world in their eyes is joyless and evil , and all worries and troubles are undeserved punishment.
Other "shades"
But besides “good” and “evil”, to which the color of the soul is attached, there are other shades.
In literature and vernacular one can often hear a variety of adjectives combined with the word “soul”.
For example, lost souls are people who, previously possessing a meek and flexible disposition, suddenly stepped on a slippery path and turned their face to darkness. This characteristic is often used in relation to people suffering from bad habits.
Finding themselves in the grip of alcohol and drugs, these unfortunates lose their appearance, forget about the worldly and completely surrender to the power of dope.
Moreover, their dark deeds stem not from mental rottenness, but from the unhealthy influence of habit.
You can also find various references to a callous soul , which illustrates a person who is closed, detached and deliberately evil, but at the same time has a bright and clear soul.
His soul becomes callous due to the grief, disappointment, betrayal and difficulties he has endured. These people can remain in their role, demonstrating their true essence with good deeds, or go over to the “side of evil”, unable to resist the rolling negativity.
A restless soul is a soul that cannot find its path and goal.
A rebellious, restless, lost and suffering person is a “vessel” for such a soul.
At the same time, he does not find consolation in God and his earthly mission. Most often, such a person is overwhelmed by desires that are not destined to come true. Or he cries for bygone times, deceased people, or his own unenviable lot.
A vulnerable soul indicates that a person is especially sensitive to other people’s troubles and joys. He resonates with the emotions of the people around him and passes them through himself, as if experiencing and living these feelings.
A righteous and meek soul avoids not only sin, but even the thought of falling into sin. A person considers observance of covenants and traditions to be happiness.
He strives to observe moral canons not because his parents, society and various books have bequeathed it. He chose his path based on the principle of the impossibility of acting and thinking differently.
A wounded soul is a soul that has suffered a lot and has been changed by trials. Such people may never even experience illness or physical injury, but their wounds go much deeper.
The fallen soul was previously pious, but at one moment succumbed to base desires and was lost in the abyss of dirt, pettiness and all the existing negative earthly “magnets” that strive to seduce a person.
The expression “someone else’s soul is darkness” indicates that a person’s true thoughts and impulses are unknown to others.
And even if the words sound beautiful and harmonious, the soul may contain completely different difficult experiences, dark plans or timid hopes.
And true intentions can only be seen by those to whom the soul has turned of its own free will.
All the examples given are only generalized information that people have. The true nature of the soul is inexplicable and unexplored. And all available materials in one way or another are based on guesses and subjective ideas about the issue.
About the soul of the God-man Jesus Christ
By human nature, Christ had body and soul. Since the human and Divine natures are united in the Person (Personality) of the Son of God, it can be argued that the soul of Christ is the soul of the incarnate Son of God.
“Christ, in order to bring us to God, once suffered for our sins, the righteous for the unjust, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit, by which He went and preached to the spirits in prison” (1 Peter 3:18-19).
From the Easter Hours: “In the tomb carnally, in hell with the soul like God, in paradise with the thief, and on the Throne you were, Christ, with the Father and the Spirit, fulfilling everything, indescribable.”

Does the soul exist scientifically?
Scientists have long tried to ignore the question of whether the human soul exists. As it turned out relatively recently - only to confirm its existence and study its properties!
Today, the presence of a human soul is confirmed by the results of many studies. For example, a group of German psychologists and doctors, having collected material about the near-death experiences of approximately 1000 people of different religions, gender, age, views on the world and life, confirmed the existence of life after death.
All subjects, with the exception of some minor details, told the same thing: at the threshold of death, they felt themselves leaving the body and floating through a white tunnel towards a warm and kind light.
Charcot jet shower

Charcot's shower has another, cooler variety - Scottish shower. Here a person is alternately exposed to two strong jets from hoses. In one it is hot - from 37 to 45 degrees, in the other it is cold - from 10 to 25 degrees. This is a very powerful procedure, and it is only suitable for people prepared for it, but it perfectly tones and gives a surge of energy. |
The patient’s body is actively exposed to a compact jet of water under pressure from 1.5 to 3 atmospheres. The patient is located 3 m from the shower chair, exposing the front, back or side surface of the body as directed by the nurse. The water jet is moved from bottom to top in the established order, starting from the feet.

The human soul, what is it from an esoteric point of view?
Modern esotericists offer their own version. For a deeper understanding, let's give some definitions:
The human soul is an information structure, an installed “package” of higher feelings and laws that make us people, and not robots with a cold mind, a kind of repository of life energy (the Light of God).
The human soul is energy, it is some part of the consciousness of God (the Creator, the Supreme Mind), it is life itself, continuing, changing, transforming. She is immortal and indivisible.
Assumption. It is assumed that when a person develops his soul, he develops the consciousness of God, thereby drawing closer and reuniting with him. The connection between the consciousness of God and the soul of man is never broken. The ultimate goal of a person is to achieve enlightenment and connect with his deity, to connect so much as to become the same, that is, to return to his original source. And this assumption is not far from the truth.
The soul is you and is within yourself. A person thinks and feels inside himself as he is, but cannot express it in words, he is afraid that others will not understand him. It is she who defines a person as a person.
She is the source of eternal life, she is its meaning. It is the Soul that motivates a person to develop, not to stop there, to look for new ways of functioning and reproduces itself, thus creating an absolute self-sustaining system of life. Life in the body and Soul is necessary for accelerated development, which can accelerate hundreds of times.
