How to learn to enter a trance: effective techniques and exercises for beginners

It is very important for spiritual practice to be able to relax and enter a trance state. In order to relax and enter a trance, you need experience. Only at the very beginning of the practice of meditation and out-of-body experiences may it seem that this is the simplest thing. It seemed easier: you lie down, close your eyes and begin to relax.

However, not all so simple. Yes, sometimes a meditator can relax so much that he begins to feel his subtle (energy) body. But this doesn't happen to everyone. For most people, the body will not be completely relaxed. The practitioner (meditator) will still feel it. In some parts it is stronger, in others it is weaker, but the feeling of the physical body will still be present. And since it exists, it will be more difficult to enter a trance and, of course, there is no need to talk about any out-of-body experience.

It would seem that such a simple thing as relaxation, but all further experience depends on it.

What is trance

One of the properties of the human psyche is falling into a trance, but not all people have access to it. A change in consciousness usually occurs consciously or with the participation of a specialist. Trance changes the activity of parts of the human brain, focusing attention on internal organization.

During a trance, a person becomes available to visions, memories, even deep ones, which in a normal state a person does not remember, as well as dreams embodied in real form.

Entering a trance on your own allows you to get rid of many problems, such as complexes, old experiences, past traumas, including childhood, depressive disorders. During a trance, the brain begins to filter information, process it and “sort it out.”

Failures in the functioning of the nervous system are easily eliminated by entering a trance state.

Availability and capabilities of the technique

You can enter the alpha state with the help of hypnosis, or on your own.
Of course, if you involve a good psychologist or simply an experienced person in the process, learning goes faster. True, sometimes a person does not have the time or finances to hire a specialist. Considering that the alpha state or half-sleep is natural for the body, you can not put off learning until better times, and learn to use mental reserves on your own. The alpha state allows you to get rid of everything that interferes with your life. In half sleep, a person perceives any suggestions, therefore, being in this state, you can get rid of complexes, fears, and bad habits.

An independent change in the level of consciousness allows you to analyze the true problems of personality development: find out why phobias formed; see the falsity of some beliefs; understand what is truly necessary for happiness.

The benefits of trance states

Psychotherapists use hypnosis to treat many psychosomatic diseases. One type of hypnosis is Ericksonian hypnosis, but its implementation requires the participation of a specialist. But you can independently immerse a person in a trance without the help of a specialist.

While in a trance, the brain begins to activate activity processes in the body, processes information, helps eliminate deep-seated experiences and long-standing stress. During trance, the right hemisphere begins to work actively. The body directs all its resources to relaxation and solving problems at the physiological level, which in real life are not always possible to realize.

Trance allows you to work with long-term stressful conditions, due to which a person feels tired and depressed for a long time, but the roots of this problem are unknown to him.

During trance, a person often receives a solution to many of his problems, insight comes to him, problems are solved by themselves.

Sex-change operation

This process is quite lengthy and requires preparatory work.
First of all, if a person wants to modify his genitals in order to become a true transgender, a consultation with a psychiatrist is required. After examination, he refers the patient to a special commission, which gives consent to the operation. It, like any surgical intervention, has its indications and contraindications. An absolute contraindication is an identified mental disorder in the patient. One of the indications is suicidal thoughts and attempts, the inability to adapt to the social environment in the current “role”.

Before surgery, a person must undergo coming out and hormone therapy within a year. After meeting all the requirements and completing the preparatory stage, he will be able to lie down on the operating table.

The transformation process ends with the change and issuance of documents after the operation.

As you can see, the process is really labor-intensive. But what happened to one British patient would be the envy of any transsexual. His sex was changed, however, without his consent, in just one operation, without lengthy preparation.

After removal of an inguinal hernia, the man began to notice mood swings. His breasts began to grow and his voice changed. When female signs became even more noticeable, he turned to a specialist for help. And he suggested that the doctors damaged the nerve innervating the gonads. As a result, their functions were impaired, and such a mysterious transformation happened to the man.

How to prepare

In order to independently enter a trance state, you need to find a suitable place, but it should not be noisy or crowded. It is best that no one interferes with the process or enters the room. Often practicing trance people can enter this state, regardless of the place and time of the ritual, but for beginners it will be difficult at first even in complete solitude.

Before entering a trance, you need to satisfy your physiological needs so as not to be distracted by them in the future. There is no need to go into a trance hungry or vice versa on a full stomach. The condition should be comfortable. Also, you should not start entering while you are sick.

All irritating factors, such as sounds, noises, distracting luminous objects, must be eliminated. The body position should be comfortable and as relaxed as possible.

Manifestation of transgender characteristics

As already mentioned, a person becomes transsexual from an early age. From the age of 3, a child may show the following signs:

  • he openly declares that he does not belong to his gender;
  • shows a fierce desire to be a representative of the opposite gender;
  • tends to wear clothes that do not correspond to his gender characteristics. Girls flatly refuse to wear skirts and dresses, prefer to wear pants, shirts, T-shirts, and boys can try on their mother’s outfits;
  • children develop a negative attitude towards their genitals;
  • a desire arises, falling asleep in one body, to wake up in another.

The main symptom is a discrepancy between social roles. Boys choose girly games for themselves - dolls, cooking, daughter-mother, hairdresser, while taking on the female role. If children play at a hairdresser, then the boy does not take on the role of a client - a man who comes for a haircut, but he himself undertakes to model hairstyles. He cooks food, swaddles dolls, becomes a mother.

Girls mainly choose boy games and company. Interested in cars and weapons. They take part in aggressive games or those that require a display of strength and courage. But this situation should not be confused with the one that arises when a girl, by nature, is active, athletic and somewhat daredevil, plays “war games”, climbs trees. In this case, she is clearly aware of who she is and does not show pathological ideas about changing gender.

Teenagers and adults also express their transsexualism by dissatisfaction with their gender. This is a characteristic feature for any age. They want to get rid of their genitals, which irritate and terrify them. This intolerance especially flares up during puberty. Girls tighten their breasts and do not try to show off their figure. Boys do not tolerate stubble on the face and hair on other parts of the body, and do not show a desire to play sports so as not to build muscle mass, as they strive to maintain the grace of their figure.

Such people have a great desire to become a representative of the other sex, to acquire his genitals. Men wear women's clothes, grow their hair, and apply makeup. They are caring. They choose professions from the service sector or the arts.

Women usually have short hair and wear men's clothing. They engage in strenuous sports and strive to join the army. They prefer activities that require the manifestation of strength, endurance, and competition.

There are several types of condition:

  1. Unstable transsexualism is a mild intolerance of one’s own gender. The image changes, but this does not cause emotional outbursts.
  2. Nuclear transsexualism is a violent hatred of one's own gender. When you fail to match your opposite, discomfort, irritation appears, and your mood decreases. There is a desire to change gender surgically.
  3. Transgender dysphoria – negative emotional reactions associated with inconsistency with one’s gender identity. They lead to depression and suicide.

Entry techniques

To enter a trance, there are some techniques that allow the body to adapt quickly and easily in a short period of time. However, they all require significant effort, since it may not work the first time. Entry must be practiced frequently.

  1. The easiest technique to perform is holotropic breathing. You can perform this either with a quick noisy exhalation or with slow and deep breathing. The number of breaths per minute should be at least 50 if you use the fast intermittent breathing technique. It is best to perform lying on a flat, flat surface, with dim light. During breathing exercises, the body is saturated with oxygen, which leads to a slight change in consciousness, as well as immersion in a trance.
  2. One way to enter a trance is to use sound. You can use a mantra, which will need to be repeated monotonously, observing a certain tone. The concentration of sensations should be only on sound. Feeling the vibration of the vocal cords and the flow of oxygen into the lungs.
  3. The technique of monotonous movements is often used. The easiest way is to sit on the floor and swing your body in different directions, slowly and monotonously. This method can be supplemented with the sound method.
  4. Concentrate on one action or sound. It can be the sound of an hour or drops of water evenly dripping into the sink, for example. You can focus on your own body and try to listen to your heart.

While entering a trance, a person feels lightness and even some kind of floating. Some people feel leaving their body. Reality is blurred, consciousness is dulled. The state resembles a state of half-asleep, when you are not yet completely asleep, but at the same time you are no longer quite in reality. Self-hypnosis is achieved experimentally. The most popular techniques allow you to achieve a trance state after just a few workouts. Some manage to achieve the desired result already in the first session.

Meditative music

You can enter a trance using various techniques. One of them is the use of meditative music. Meditative trance music is sold on audio media in specialized stores, it can be found on the Internet, or you can chant the mantra yourself, having previously studied the correct tonality and sound combination.

Music, not only for trance and meditation, in general allows a person to relax and put his feelings in order. It is not without reason that psychologists recommend listening to calm, relaxing music as often as possible, both for adults and children. Classical music has a significant impact on improving the health of the body, normalizing mental processes and balancing a person’s state of mind.

Meditative music is aimed at helping to enter a trance, but it can be used not only solo, but also in combination with other techniques for entering an altered consciousness.

Who can learn hypnosis

Any psychologist or psychotherapist can learn hypnosis and other trance techniques. This is confirmed by the fact that many specialists use them in their work.

It is not necessary to have any hypnotic gaze or low voice, the gift of suggestion, etc. It is enough to study these techniques, choose the one that suits you and successfully use it in your work. All comes with experience!

As an example, we can offer you one of the courses on trance techniques at our Academy.

stimming

Monotonous body movements are called stimming. This is one of the techniques for entering a trance. This technique is considered the most popular and easiest to perform. To achieve an altered consciousness, it is necessary to take a comfortable body position and make monotonous repetitive movements of the body. You can sway from side to side or back and forth. In this case, all your attention should be focused on relaxing all the muscles of the body.

Often during this method additional influence is used on active points of the human body. They are stimulated with fairly strong pressure, and then, releasing, the meditation continues.

Transsexual transition

There are several ways to become a transgender woman or man and announce your identity to the world:

  • coming out and social adaptation;
  • hormone therapy;
  • surgical intervention.

Coming out is an attempt by a transgender person to announce a new image to their environment, especially to close people. This is a very important stage for establishing your new “I”. Many people encounter misunderstandings, insults, and aggression from relatives.

As for social adaptation, a person changes his role in society to the opposite. He changes his name, talks about himself in a different way, begins to dress according to the new image, and changes his occupation. That is, he behaves completely like the other sex.

Some experts express the opinion that social transition should not require special efforts for such people: it is carried out intuitively. Otherwise, this person is not a “true” transsexual. But this is just one assumption.

Some reincarnated individuals, afraid of facing rejection of themselves by other people and their inappropriate behavior, seek to completely change their environment and move to another city or country.

No additional help

It is possible to enter a trance on your own. Some skills are required, which can be obtained from specialized literature, a knowledgeable person, or after several independent attempts.

The gaze should not be focused, the body should be completely relaxed. All thoughts are turned off, you need to concentrate only on a specific action or sound. At first it will be difficult to turn off your thoughts, since their constant flow is familiar to a person, it seems impossible to stop it. However, this is not so, and after several attempts, entering a trance will become easy and accessible.

How to exit

The exit from the altered consciousness must take place gradually, just as the immersion was. Visually, you can imagine yourself swimming out of the depths, emerging from under the water, or going down the stairs.

Gradually, thoughts and feelings will come to consciousness, the brain will assimilate the new existing reality. Slow counting will help you come to your senses after falling into a trance. You can perform several relaxing, but toning, movements, like gentle stretching. After entering a trance, it is advisable to drink a glass of warm water and not begin your daily duties for some time so that the body can adapt and tune in to the desired wave.

Is there any harm

Some scientists believe that going into a trance has only benefits, while others are inclined to believe that it is as harmful to the body as it is beneficial. However, each person should decide for himself whether a trance state will bring him benefit or harm.

First of all, it should be remembered that changes in consciousness affect the functioning of internal organs. The heartbeat slows down, nervous processes are suspended, emotions are suppressed and some numbness of consciousness occurs.

While entering a trance, a person can see some hallucinations or visions that are associated with his internal subconscious fears, which were deposited in early childhood in the subcortex of the brain, and since then the person has not remembered them. Unpleasant memories can cause depression, since a person is not always ready to accept that past reality again.

During a trance, oxygen starvation occurs as breathing slows down. A certain amount of endorphin, the hormone of joy, enters the blood, which causes enlightenment and a feeling of insight for a while. However, this feeling gradually passes, and is followed by a state of lethargy and apathy.

Research Institute of Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology

Currently, an increasing number of researchers in the field of prenatal psychology and medicine are coming to the conclusion that the character, behavior and, in general, the future of the child are formed both due to heredity, environmental conditions, upbringing and training in the postnatal period, and due to factors of the prenatal period child development. This situation is also true for the future family well-being of the younger generation. If such sciences as genetics, ecology and pedagogy have already taken place and have their own instrument of influence on a person from conception to natural death, then prenatal psychology and medicine are only just beginning to build concepts and develop their own methodology for studying a person and, accordingly, provide scientifically based assistance in choosing life guidelines.

One of the main postulates of perinatal psychology is that the fetus (hereinafter referred to as the prenate), long before the brain fully matures and is born from the mother’s womb, has its own psyche. This postulate, with its strict scientific proof, has far-reaching consequences for the entire future of humanity and will radically change many areas of science and practice relating to man and society. For example, if the prenate has a psyche, then significant changes must be made to the legal laws on the family, taking into account the interests of another equal bearer of the psyche - the prenate, and views on termination of pregnancy must be revised. There is also an urgent need to make certain changes in obstetric delivery practice. To work out, at least initially, an acceptable form of verbal communication with a pregnant woman by medical personnel during pregnancy support, during childbirth and immediately after the birth of the child. Previously, we showed that a careless, ill-considered phrase from the medical staff in all the above periods will create negative imprints in the psyche of the prenate, which can negatively influence his entire subsequent life [1][2][3].

The purpose of this work was to detect prenatal negative imprints, their influence on the postnatal period of human life and to study the possibility of weakening or completely eliminating this influence.

To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:

  • Creation of an age regression technique to identify pre- and postnatal imprints in the unconscious of an adult;
  • Removing the influence of imprint on a person’s postnatal life;
  • Assisting a person in readapting to living conditions, searching for new conscious life guidelines after debunking the identified imprint.

During the period of development and development of the age regression method, we conducted more than forty studies on subjects of both sexes aged from 20 to 65 years. An explanatory conversation was held with each of the subjects about the upcoming introduction into a trance state. The subject had to clearly answer the questions asked, and, if necessary, listen to the advice of the presenter. A feature of the age regression state in our case was that the subject never lost control over the external and internal situation and fully retained criticism. He also himself supervised the duration of immersion in a trance state and could at any time stop the study or take it in some other direction other than that suggested by the leader.

Thus, our age regression methodology differed significantly from those known to science until now in that age regression was carried out not only in the interests of the subject, but also with his own volitional control of the process. The presenter provided only general management of the process.

When a negative fact of prenatal biography (imprint) was discovered during age regression, the presenter asked the subject to evaluate this fact from the perspective of the life experience already accumulated by the subject or in any other known way devalued the significance of the discovered fact. A marker of successful work was the redistribution of the tone of the subject’s facial muscles. The expression on his face became peaceful. calm, the imprints of unconscious anxiety, fear and melancholy were gradually erased. After emerging from the trance state, the new facial expression remained for a long time, and many of the subjects reported that they felt incredible relief and elation.

Subsequently, rational psychotherapy was carried out with the subject, which helped him in choosing a new strategy of behavior. All conversations and the entire process of age regression were recorded on a voice recorder and given to the subject for independent work.

The age regression of absolutely all subjects contained rich and unique individual material, starting from the early stages of the prenatal period. Each of the “plots” of age regression was carefully analyzed together with the subject for its possible influence on the subject at the present moment, i.e. on the subject of an imprint unconscious to the subject.

The results of the present study showed that the prenate has mental activity long before brain maturation. Due to his own mental activity, he reacts sensitively to the mother’s physical condition and her psychological and emotional state. In addition, in his memory during the prenatal period of development, any events that in one way or another affected the mother’s psyche and emotions are stored. Subsequently, after the birth of a child and his socialization, the memory of the negative events of the prenatal period of development is repressed into the subconscious, becoming a powerful factor influencing the subsequent life of an adult. The strongest imprints of prenatal origin can even completely program a person’s life, as we have shown earlier [1][2][3][4]. Sometimes, to free oneself from the influence of an imprint, it was only necessary to remember that long-standing negative event that had been repressed from consciousness. However, most often what was required was not only recollection of the event, but also a fundamental assessment of that long-ago event from the perspective of the experience accumulated by the subject to date. Sometimes even this turned out to be insufficient to liberate ourselves from the power of the imprint, and then we used repeated emotional experience of a long-standing negative event and a virtual change in it in a positive direction. Rational psychotherapy completed the process of complete liberation of the subject from the unconscious power of the imprint, both prenatal and postnatal origin.

A detailed description of the obtained material is not the scope of this work, since due to the large volume of material it requires several dozen borders. Therefore, we will limit ourselves to two typical cases from our practice.

Subject E. is 38 years old and has two children from different husbands. Currently she lives alone and raises her children on her own, without the help of her husband. Before turning to a consultant, there was uncertainty in her life position, lack of planning for the future and any goal setting, dissatisfaction with her own life. During age regression, the subject claimed that she did not take any active action during the birth process due to the fact that she did not make the decision to be born. Therefore, I had to use the Kresteller method. The mother's survey confirmed the use of the Kresteller method. It also turned out that until the very last moment her mother was afraid to think about the upcoming birth (first birth and pregnancy).

Fear of going to doctors and panic fear of white coats. During age regression, the subject claimed that she saw her mother at a gynecologist's appointment subjected to humiliating insults about her inept behavior at the appointment. A survey of her mother confirmed the rudeness of the gynecologist.

In both of her failed family relationships, the subject believes her partners are to blame. Age regression in this case revealed several other negative facts in the relationship between parents during the mother’s pregnancy, where she considered the mother more right than the father.

At the stage of rational therapy, the subject realized the previously realized influence of negative facts of the prenatal period on behavior and quality of life. I accepted the need for an active position in life and a more responsible approach to building family life. Mastered auto-training methods. Over the past year, after age regression, she has achieved good career growth at work and has sufficient income to organize a decent life and rest for her family. She understood the need to create a full-fledged family and plans to get married again and maybe have another child.

Subject E., 22 years old, pronounced asthenic, student at a technical university, has difficulty communicating in society and in the family. The relationship with his father is very bad, he has practically no friends, and there is also no contact with the opposite sex. After several sessions of joint immersion in a trance state to carry out age regression, I learned to independently carry out age regression without the help of a facilitator. After going through age regression jointly and mostly independently, subject E. experienced significant changes in his quality of life, his relationship with his father improved, he made friends, he entered graduate school, and in general he is now on the rise in his vitality and creative powers.

To confirm what has been said, I will give an excerpt from E.’s self-observation diary:

I want to write a report about my meditation and travel experiences. During one of the meditations, when entering a trance, I felt tightness in my breathing, tension in my neck, and decided to go to a moment in life that contributed to this. I felt like a small three-year-old child, sobbing excitedly. After several trips to this state, the following picture emerged. I committed some kind of childish prank, received a strong kick from my father, came to my mother in tears, choking from crying. She behaved very pitifully with me, telling me openly pitiful words like “Oh, my poor thing!” etc. (During regressions, I hear sounds poorly, I perceive the meaning, the mood of what was said, which may be inaccurately interpreted by the mind). I feel that my mother’s pity, as it turned out, was a stronger imprint than my father’s harshness. Before the virtual candle, I asked for forgiveness, forgave and let go, said that it was thanks to this situation that I became who I am, that this situation strengthened me, I experienced this situation as it is and behaved in it like a warrior: patiently, mercilessly, not taking yourself seriously. It was during this experience that I received the clearest picture of what was happening. After this, in meditation, the feeling of difficulty breathing continued to appear along with a feeling of strong pressure in the skull, and if I wanted to find out the reason, I went straight to the womb. After several trips into my mother’s womb, the following picture became clear. While moving towards the exit, the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck, I began to choke, and difficulties arose in moving forward. After some time, I heard the voice of a woman giving birth, the meaning of the words was: “Yes, he will never be born like that!” I felt a very strong resentment and, wanting to take revenge, I decided for myself: “I’ll take it and not be born!!!” When they pulled me out, grabbing my head with tongs, I felt complete confusion in my head, an absolute impossibility of controlling anything. When I finally came into the world, I felt a sense of guilt. He looked at life without interest, was preoccupied with the feeling that he was born incorrectly, he wanted to go back and do it over again, there was a fog in his head, and it was absolutely unclear what and how to change it. In life, this manifests itself in the fact that, having committed any action, even the simplest and most unimportant, I often look around and ask the question: “Did I do the right thing? What would be the best way to do it?”, thereby driving myself into a very limited space. When reviewing the situation, I changed the woman’s words from “Yes, he will never be born like that!” to “Come on, we are waiting for you, a beautiful, mysterious and unique world awaits you!” Hearing such words, I was quickly and easily born and felt deep joy and interest in life.

The old ancestral imprints remain, new ones begin to gradually crystallize. During one of the “Guardian of the Threshold” meditations, I saw my life as a harmoniously unfolding picture. All those events and people that I avoided acquired a spiritual meaning for me. I felt that many people with whom I did not want to deal were teaching me patience, teaching me to hold back something in myself... After these experiences, I began to accept a lot of things that I had avoided with peace and joy. Thank you.

Thus, based on the results obtained and the literature, the following conclusions can be drawn:

  1. Prenate has memory from the earliest stages of being in the womb, regardless of the degree of brain maturation.
  2. Negative information stored in the memory of a prenate after his birth can be repressed into the subconscious and, as an imprint, have a significant unconscious influence on the person throughout his subsequent life.
  3. Imprints can be formed from negative events of postpartum life, repressed into the subconscious and have a significant unconscious influence on the person throughout his subsequent life.
  4. Almost any event repressed into the subconscious from the prenatal and postnatal periods of a person’s life can be brought into consciousness and rethought from the point of view of the life experience accumulated by the time memory is revealed.
  5. Disclosure and awareness of the initial information about the events that led to the formation of the imprint removes or greatly weakens the unconscious power of the imprint over the quality of life and human behavior.
  6. During age regression, it is possible to virtually change the negative content of an imprint to a positive one, which can be of great importance for the treatment of severe cases of neurotic conditions that cannot be treated with standard methods of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy.

Relaxation

In order to enter a trance, it is necessary to completely relax the physical body and turn off all thought processes. Only by relaxing can a person plunge into an altered consciousness and experience the benefits of a trance state.

Relaxation may not occur immediately, but initially you need to physically try to relax all your muscles, including the muscles of your face, because people often forget about them. After the onset of complete relaxation, achieving an altered consciousness will occur easier and faster.

Why is it difficult to relax

We live in a time when we have to spend a large number of hours in a sitting position. Both at work and at school. Physical inactivity has a bad effect on a person’s physical and energetic body.

If the physical body is in an inactive state all day, then later, during meditation, it will be difficult to relax it. And if it is difficult to relax, then you will not be able to feel your second energy body and perform an OBE.

A very small number of people can simply lie down and relax so much that they forget about the sensations of their body. This is difficult for the majority of people to do. Due to the increased pace of life, stress and psychophysical stress, it has become more difficult for us to experience such a simple thing as relaxation.

Freeing yourself from emotions and thoughts

One of the most difficult tasks when entering a trance is turning off the consciousness from the constant stream of thoughts. People are accustomed to conducting an internal monologue without interruption for a second. This constant flow of thoughts allows us to control our actions, concentrate our attention, and direct our movements and actions. However, when entering a trance or during meditation, it is necessary to completely turn off consciousness, relax and not think about anything. Only in this state will entry be possible.

Entering a trance is possible for almost every person. It must be remembered that for some diseases it is impossible to use sound effects or flashing signals, for example, for epilepsy. But otherwise, a person can fall into a trance quite easily.

Many composers and great writers have used trance to gain insight. Each of us can easily use this method to solve our everyday problems, or even children's fears that have accumulated over many years of life.

Hormone therapy

Hormone therapy is carried out according to 2 types of transformation:

  • men to women, male to female (MtF);
  • women to man, female to male (FtM).

The formation of a transsexual woman occurs by taking several types of hormones:

  • antiandrogens - inhibit the production of male sex hormones, in particular testosterone;
  • female sex hormones - estrogens and gastrogens.

There are forms of estrogens that are identical to natural hormones, and chemical analogues. The latter have a more pronounced effect than natural ones, but do not exhibit all the necessary properties. Therefore, it is rational to use both groups of drugs in combination.

Gastrogens are needed for the growth of mammary glands, as well as to eliminate the consequences of a lack of testosterone: depression, decreased performance, dry skin.

The ideal option is to start hormone replacement therapy before puberty. Then the body will develop more harmoniously and less problematically according to the new sex.

Under the influence of female sex hormones, a man's hairline decreases and the mammary glands begin to grow. He loses muscle mass, and fat is distributed in places typical for a woman. The structure of the skin changes: it becomes softer, more delicate, and sensitive. Body odor changes and sexual activity fades.

FtM - the transition is carried out through the introduction of the male hormone - testosterone. It is also present in the female body, but in negligible quantities. Therefore, it is necessary to increase it artificially.

Testosterone will increase libido and ensure the development of male characteristics: deepening of the voice, thick hair, stubble, and the Adam's apple will become more pronounced. During such therapy, the clitoris becomes enlarged, the likelihood of weight gain appears, and menstruation disappears.

Therapy with hormonal drugs requires strictly maintained doses and does not tolerate self-medication, as it threatens with serious complications. The first changes occur differently for each person. Some take 2 weeks, others take 3 months. Obvious transformation occurs within a year, and to consolidate the results it will take 3 years of continuous hormone therapy.
